Patients simply need to accept the order email and pay for the kits. They can then track the status of their test through their patient portal

Delivery times depend on your location and the type of test kit ordered. Typically, orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped via trusted courier services, ensuring you receive your kit within 3-5 business days.
