Frequently asked questions

All orders are placed by your practitioner. They create a cart for you and you will be emailed that cart to pay, unless they are billing you privately through their own practice. Once the orders are paid for, we will send you the kits within 24-48 hours.
We currently only accept credit card payments
Kenko Health is a lab ordering platform with one simple goal: make the lab testing process easier! We partner with all the best labs to provide all the tests your practitioner can order to discover the root cause of your symptoms. Once your practitioner orders testing, we’ll guide you along the way and answer questions. You can reach our support team directly by logging into your portal and submitting a support request.
At Kenko, we know the journey to health isn’t always straightforward, but we’re here to make your lab testing as quick and painless as possible! Our team is available to help you along the way. Simply log into your patient portal and submit a support request. Our customer support hours are 9am-5pm, and we do our best to respond within 24 hours. You’ll always be helped by a human! While we're not actually the lab and we don't handle your samples, we're here to answer questions about the following:

  • Testing instructions, including finding a blood draw location
  • Filling out the lab's requisition form
  • Payment questions
  • Pausing, canceling or changing your order
  • Shipping and tracking
  • If your kit is lost or damaged, and you require recollection
You should reach out to your practitioner if you have questions about the following:

Details about why a specific testing was ordered for you, they will know your case and be able to answer this.
  • Questions about medication or supplement interactions. Your practitioner will also be able to advise you on any potential preparation needed before doing a test, such as avoiding foods, or the timing of the tests.
  • Specific medical questions related to your individual treatment plan. As we do not take your case and do not have access to your medical data, your practitioner is the only person who can help you with this.
  • Scheduling a follow-up visit to go over your lab test results, as we cannot review any results with you.
Requisition forms are like IDs for your samples and let the lab know which tests to perform. Some labs may call it a "Lab Order" or "Lab Form." Don't worry, we've already filled out most of the information when you ordered your test kit.

Sending tests without this form runs the risk of your samples being discarded and a full recollection being required. If you lose your form, please contact us immediately to get a new form sent to you. If you send your kit back without the form, please contact us immediately so that we can send the form to the lab for you.
Your kits will come with a full set of instructions related to that test. Please read them carefully and follow any other instructions from your practitioner about doing the test. Return instructions are also included in the kit but if you have any concerns, please don't hesitate to contact the support team by logging into your account and submitting a support request.
